Luxury fashion mogul Haro Keledjian is putting his condo in Manhattan’s celebrity-centric West Village on the market for $14.99 million.
Property records show that he bought the property at the 150 Charles Street complex, which will be listed this week by Compass agents Darren Sukenik and Benjamin Glazer, under a limited liability corporation.
The records show that Mr. Keledjian, the co-founder of the fashion brand Intermix that was bought by Gap Inc. for $130 million in 2012, paid $11.75 million in 2015 for the unit in the 15-story LEED Gold-certified building, which was completed in 2013.

The 3,673-square-foot, fourth-floor residence, which has four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and a half bathroom, spans two levels and features a private, park-like outdoor terrace and walls of windows that bathe the space in natural light.
“This unit is beyond grand,” Mr. Sukenik said. “It’s like 15 Central Park West but downtown,” referring to the iconic classic contemporary building on the Upper West Side.
The unit’s open floor plan, which offers views of the city and the Hudson River, is designed to expand indoor-outdoor entertaining for up to 150 guests, he said.

The combination of the large outdoor space and interior entertaining areas is a prime selling point, he said, adding that the bedrooms are on the second floor, safely out of earshot of party spaces.
Mr. Sukenik, who was the original broker for the building, said no two units are alike. “Each floor plan is different, and people often combined units,” he said. “There’s a tight circle of owners in the building; units change hands via a whispering marketing campaign on the part of the owners—people want to live here because their friends do.”
The building, designed by Cook + Fox Architects, has custom interiors by Alan Wanzenberg Design. Amenities include a 40,000-square-foot private park-like green space, a private motor court with a parking garage, a children’s playroom, an entertainment lounge, a fitness center and a 75-foot pool.

Mr. Keledjian isn’t the only A-lister in the building: According to published reports, his neighbors include comedian Ben Stiller, model Irina Shayk and Hard Rock Café co-founder Peter Morton.
A call to Intermix’s corporate office seeking comment from Mr. Keledjian was not returned.
